We're currently seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Member Service Representatives/Tellers to join our growing organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong customer service skills, accuracy, and attention to detail, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior banking or cash-handling experience is preferred. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding member service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions in a friendly and professional manner. Accurately process cash and non-cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account transfers. Assist members with various banking services while maintaining compliance with all credit union policies and regulations. Educate and promote LUSO's products and services to help members achieve their financial goals. Maintain accurate records and ensure the confidentiality of member information. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall member experience and support branch success. Qualifications Prior banking or cash-handling experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
