Teller/Customer Service Rep

We are growing and on the search for our newest fulltime Member Service Representative (Teller). This position is located in BUXTON, but may be called upon to work from any of our locations. In this role, you will serve our members through our teller line in-person, phone and electronic access points. You will be empowered to make everyday banking simple for TruChoice members and to build relationships by completing cash and non-cash transactions, suggesting solutions, and resolving problems. While not required, teller, cash handling and customer service experience in a financial institution are helpful. We are looking for someone who is personable, enthusiastic, shows initiative and is detail oriented. Job Requirements:

Strong attention to detail Outstanding customer service skills Strong communication and phone skills. Ability to find solutions and recommend products and services to optimize a member's experience. Organized, able to prioritize and shift gears quickly. Friendly upbeat attitude, and a desire to help people. Driver's license and reliable transportation.
