Full-Time Teller

Come Join Our Growing Team! Upper Peninsula State Bank, with offices in Escanaba, Gladstone, Iron Mountain, Marquette, and Houghton, Michigan is seeking a full-time Teller for our Escanaba office. This job does require occasional closing shifts, rotating Saturdays, and additional flexibility is offered through our extended Video Teller hours. The role includes, but is not limited to, the following duties: Cash handling and performing teller transactions Responding to customer inquiries in person and over the phone Cross-training to assist in other areas as needed Skills required for this position include: Passion for customer service excellence An upbeat, positive, and optimistic attitude Familiarity with Microsoft products, especially Word and Excel A strong sales aptitude, including cross-selling bank products and services to meet customer needs Previous cash handling experience is preferred but not required Skills required for this position include: Outstanding customer service skills The ability to work in a fast-paced environment The ability to develop a great rapport with customers as well as internal and external referral sources. A strong sales aptitude and aspirations to cross-sell bank products and services Familiarity with Microsoft products, especially Word and Excel An upbeat, positive, and optimistic attitude.
