Full Job Description Position Title:
Customer Service Representative -
Float Status:
Part-time, Saturday rotation
Location:
Hudsonville and Jenison Branches but travel as needed to other locations. WMCB is hiring part-time Float CSR's. This position would travel between our Hudsonville and Jenison branches with potential to travel to other branch locations. It is a great way to start your banking career!!
General Summary:
The primary responsibility of a Customer Service Representative is to complete all customer transactions in a fast, accurate and courteous manner, whether on the phone or in person. Provide customer service in a professional manner. Suggests / makes introductions for cross selling and referral of bank products and services.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Process various financial transactions for customers
  • Answer customer questions
  • Cross-sell and refer products and services whenever possible
  • Knowledge and understanding of the bank's products and services and the benefits they offer to the customer
  • Accurate balancing of cash drawer
Education/Experience :
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Cash handling experience is preferred
