Job Description
Job Summary As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service by processing member transactions accurately and efficiently. You will play a key role in promoting financial products and services to meet member needs. Responsibilities
- Conduct financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing
- Assist members with account inquiries and problem resolution
- Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to meet members needs
- Ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain a clean and organized work area Experience
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
- Knowledge of basic math
- Cash handling
- Familiarity with debits, credits, and general math principles
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build relationships with members
- Understanding of fraud prevention and detection techniques
