Branch Manager Specific Job Functions:

 Provides high level of customer service through the process of greeting and thanking customers by name in addition to accurately processing transactions  Performs normal teller duties on a daily basis which includes accepting deposit and loan payments, cashing checks, selling negotiable instruments, etc…  Knowledgeable about Bank products/services and proactively cross-sells to existing and prospective customers  Opens new accounts and safe deposit boxes  Refers loan opportunities to appropriate person  Performs a variety of customer service transactions, such as account holds, stop-payment orders, check orders, etc…  Orders ATM/Debit cards, pulls monthly statement and check copies as necessary  Assist customers with resets for on-line banking or bill payment accounts  Researches customer disputes and completes appropriate paper work for any unauthorized transactions  Ensures all areas are clean, organized and staff is working in efficient manner  Balances cash drawer on daily basis  All other duties as assigned

$14.50 - $16.00 per hour
