You'll be the go-to person for fraud prevention and detection, ensuring the security of our clients' assets while promoting our range of financial services. What you'll do Handle cash management tasks, including cash handling, cashiering, and maintaining accurate debits and credits. Engage with customers to understand their financial needs. Process account applications efficiently, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations. Manage customer relationships by providing ongoing support and guidance throughout their financial journey. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues effectively. Leverage your knowledge of retail math to assist customers with financial calculations as needed. Basic qualifications Proficient in basic math skills, including retail math and 10-key typing for efficient data entry. Preferred qualifications Experience in financial sales or banking environments. Familiarity with customer relationship management systems. Knowledge of fraud prevention techniques within the financial services sector.
