Teller/Customer Service Representative

Minnesota Lakes Bank is seeking a Teller/Customer Service Representative for our Mound location. This position provides individualized and comprehensive services to retail and commercial customers. The Teller/Customer Service Representative assesses customers banking needs and recommends appropriate products and services and will assist customers and tellers with daily job objectives including new account opening and functions to ensure the branch runs smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for a broad range of activities including transaction processing, new account opening, servicing general customer inquiries, and offering product/service recommendations
• Assist with day-to-day transactions (including, but not limited to, approving transactions, preparing reports, researching, and resolving issues as well as responding to all customer inquiries, etc.)
• Knowledgeable with bank technological applications (can install, train, and troubleshoot internet and mobile banking, mobile deposits, merchant capture, ACH and all other eBanking products and services)
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Process night drop deposits
• Process daily work and maintain a Teller drawer as needed
• Thoroughly understand and adhere to customer service expectations
• Reconcile customer bank statements upon request
• Assist customers with ATM and debit card questions/issues
• Perform account maintenance (name and address changes, adding/removing owners or signers on accounts, check reorders, stop payments, etc.)
• Promote a positive image of the bank through community involvement and participation in community events within the communities we serve
• Perform other duties as directed by management
