Job Description
At Northwoods Bank of Minnesota, a proudly locally owned community bank, we're committed to providing exceptional financial services with a personal touch. We're seeking a dedicated and personable Bank Teller to join our growing team and help us continue making a positive impact in the communities we serve.
Position Summary:
As a Teller, you'll be the friendly face of Northwoods Bank, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while managing a variety of financial transactions. Your role will involve interacting with customers, handling cash and checks, and providing solutions to their banking needs. You will also provide coverage at our Pine City location one week at a time, for about 3 weeks out of the year. The Bank will handle your hotel accommodations, provide a per diem for meals, pay a travel bonus and cover any fuel expenses. Customer Service Excellence:
Greet and assist customers with a warm, welcoming attitude. Address inquiries and provide guidance on banking products and services.Financial Transactions:
Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments. Handle cash and checks with precision.Branch Coverage:
This position's location is our main branch, this position will, on occasion, provide teller coverage at our other branches as neededCompliance and Security:
Follow established procedures to ensure the safety and security of customer information and bank assets.Community Engagement:
Actively participate in community events and initiatives, representing Northwoods Bank with pride and enthusiasm.Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Customer Service Experience:
Previous experience in a customer-facing role is highly desirable. Attention toDetail:
Strong ability to handle cash and financial transactions accurately.Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.Technical Proficiency:
