Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Teller to join our team. As a Teller, you will ensure exceptional service for our customers while fostering a positive work environment. You will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency, and upholding our commitment to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Address complex customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency. Promote a customer-centric approach throughout the teller line.

Reporting & Analysis:

Assist in the preparation and review operational reports, identify trends or issues, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and service quality. Assist Teller Supervisor in facilitating internal and external audits.

Collaboration:

Work closely with management to support Bank goals, drive sales initiatives, and contribute to overall Bank success.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a banking or financial services role. Strong knowledge of banking operations, policies, and procedures. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to handle complex customer issues and resolve them effectively. Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite. Why Join Us?

Pay:
