Job Overview We are looking to hire a Bank Teller for our Butler location. We are looking for someone who will provide exceptional customer service while efficiently handling everyday banking transactions. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster trust and satisfaction among our clients. As a vital part of our financial services team, you'll assist customers with their banking needs, process transactions accurately, and promote our range of banking products and services. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service with a positive attitude Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and other financial transactions accurately using banking software Assist customers with account inquiries, new account openings, and basic loan information Promote bank products such as savings accounts, loans, and other services to meet customer needs Maintain cash drawer accuracy through precise counting and balancing at shift end Follow security procedures to ensure safe handling of cash and sensitive information Requirements Previous experience in banking, financial services, or loan officer roles preferred Strong basic math skills and proficiency in math-related tasks such as 10 key typing Computer skills are desired Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Ability to perform accurate calculations and handle cash confidently High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in banking or finance is advantageous
