Career Opportunity Teller(FSR) Provide accurate product information, timely transactions, and a welcoming environment for all members and guests. A.

Responsibilities & Duties:

a. Contribute to member satisfaction by effectively and positively processing all transactions. b. The ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with members, fellow employees, and the general public in a pleasant, professional, and efficient manner. c. Contribute to Credit Union growth by being knowledgeable of all available member services and suggesting new services to members as appropriate. d. Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge of all State and Federal regulations that apply to the transactions performed in the cashier/teller area. Knowledgeable on all credit union policies and processes within the teller area. e. Ensure that safety and security policies are being followed. f. Ensure that all Credit Union member and employee-related business is kept confidential. g. Process a variety of tasks, including stop payments and money orders. Answer basic questions regarding other areas of the building, such as loans, savings, and checking accounts, Visa Credit Cards, and Debit Cards. B.

Requirements:

a. Computer knowledge. a.

Microsoft Suite:

Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. b. The ability to stand at a teller station for significant periods of time, and the ability to spend several hours a day keyboarding. c. The ability to lift cash drawers and coin bags weighing 10-50 pounds. C.
