About the
Role:
As a Teller, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while handling various banking transactions. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately process deposits, withdrawals, and payments, ensuring that all transactions are completed efficiently and securely. You will also be responsible for identifying customer needs and promoting bank products and services that can enhance their financial well-being. Additionally, you will maintain a balanced cash drawer and adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to building strong customer relationships and fostering a positive banking experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a banking or financial environment. Strong numerical and cash handling skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with banking software and technology. Knowledge of financial products and services. Ability to speak multiple languages.
Responsibilities:
Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with accuracy and efficiency. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Promote bank products and services to customers, identifying opportunities to enhance their banking experience. Maintain a balanced cash drawer and ensure compliance with all security and regulatory procedures.
