This position is responsible for accurate and courteous processing of customer paying and receiving transactions, answering the telephone, assisting customers with inquiries regarding their accounts, and for other customer services that contribute to favorable customer relations and efficient operations. This position will work within the policies, procedures, and guidelines established by the Bank, as well as all applicable laws and regulations. Cash handling and customer service experience are a must.
