Summer Teller Intern

A Summer Teller Intern provides excellent customer service while handling banking transactions and identifying opportunities to support our clients' financial goals. The Summer Teller Intern role will be a Seasonal Position running from May 19th to the middle of August. Key Responsibilities Accurately assist clients with banking transactions and maintain a cash drawer.

Assist clients with questions (in-person, over telephone) regarding banking and escalate issues as needed.

Provide clients with services and products to support clients' financial goals and refer to business partners: wealth management, residential lending, consumer lending and commercial lending.

Assist with ATM maintenance and cash vault.

Complete all required logs and compliance activities. Education & Experience Currently enrolled in a college program or recently graduated.

Cash handling experience required. Banking experienced preferred. Physical Requirements & Working Conditions Lobby/professional office environment with moderate sound.

Manual dexterity and the ability to lift up to thirty (30) pounds.

Ability to travel to branches, off-site training, and/or meetings as needed.

Ability to use office equipment. Schedule Flexible to service clients during banking hours.

Weekdays:

8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Rotating Saturday:

9:00 am - 12:00 pm EOE v/d
