Job Description
Provide courteous, professional service to members in-person and by phone Open and maintain member accounts and process account-related requests. Promote and cross-sell credit union products and services based on member needs Perform teller functions including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and payments Research and resolve member inquiries, discrepancies, and IRA account setup Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions accurately Monitor lobby traffic and coordinate member assistance Perform general clerical duties (filing, faxing, mailing, document prep) Comply with BSA/CTR regulations Maintain security and confidentiality of member information Serve in various support roles as needed (Teller, Call Center, Greeter, etc.) Other duties as assigned •Bilingual -
