Summary:

The ITM Supervisors supervises ITM Tellers in their daily performance while adhering to established standards regarding branch coverage and service levels, transactional reviews and fraud detection. Education and/or

Experience:

HS diploma required Minimum two years banking experience required Supervisory experience preferred Retail system knowledge and experience in DNA required

Job Responsibilities:

Ensures timely resolution and completion of all ITM teller transactions Completes daily processing for virtual vault management and ITM branch proof. Identifies processing issues with teller transactions Contacts members and initiates correspondence through various channels to notify them of discrepancies Collaborates with the fraud department regarding suspicious activity and trends Approves checks within prescribed dollar limits, provides overrides for ITM Tellers, and takes responsibility for escalated ITM video calls and chats Reviews scanned video checks at the end of each day, ensuring that reports balance with actual counts within systems Debits and credits members account, waives fees as appropriate, releases or places holds on funds, and communicates issues to members Reviews member account information and adds or removes account restrictions in accordance with established processes and procedures Maintains and monitors video teller virtual cash boxes, including creating new ones and closing existing ones Ensures virtual vault is adequately stocked with virtual cash by monitoring cash on hand and replenishing supplies Reconciles the virtual vault daily and investigates any discrepancies. Engages members in conversation to cross-sell products and services, identifying their financial needs Provides coaching to ITM Tellers to help them achieve their key performance indicator (KPI) goals in cross-selling Performs other duties as needed upon request by immediate supervisor Benefits of Joining the

This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
