Job Description

NCPD Federal Credit Union takes pride in providing superior member and financial services. To continue in achieving this end and to support the credit union's continuous growth, we are seeking a dynamic and pleasant Teller to support our members at our Mineola branch. The Teller's Responsibilities and Duties will include: Responding to members and assisting in the processing of various financial transactions. Processing account transactions, issuing bank checks. Ordering/shipping currency and coin. Proving the vault, ATM and coin counting machine daily. Working collaboratively with other staff members, assisting others as needed. Being committed to success! Teller:
Competitive wage. Comprehensive benefit package and generous paid time off. Professional and team-oriented work environment. A minimum of 6 months of previous relevant work experience is required. Six months of customer service and cash handling experience is preferred. Previous experience at a credit union is also preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills, professionalism and tact as this position interfaces with internal staff and members. Great communication skills as this position will be required to explain complex financial issues in understandable terms.
