Job Summary Muskogee Federal Credit Union is looking for a full time Teller with a strong work ethic to provide the highest level of service to our members with minimal errors and in a timely manner. We are looking for a team player with a friendly personality that will go the extra mile for our members. Responsibilities Conduct cash handling duties accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and balancing cash drawers and daily transactions. Sell money orders, cahiers checks, and gift cards. Utilize financial software to record transactions, update account information, and perform basic math calculations such as debits & credits. Knowledge of credit union products and services to assist with member needs. Detect and prevent potential fraud by monitoring transactions and verifying customer identities during interactions. Ability to work well in a team environment. Assist Member Service with maintaining member account; provide routine information concerning services; answer questions and resolve problems within their authority. Experience Up to six months of similar or related experience. Equivalent to a high school education. Courtesy, tact and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Ten-key calculator and computer keyboard by touch. Must be good with detail to deal with numbers and names.

From $12.76 per hour
