This is a Part-time opportunity with 18-24 hours per week.
Pay range:
$22.00-$23.50 per hour plus incentives, depending on experience and qualifications. Spanish-speaking candidates who pass a proficiency test earn an extra $2 per hour. About theRole :
The Senior Teller (Senior Enrichment Representative) assists members with financial transactions, promotes products and services, and provides personalized service. They also handle branch transaction duties, such as balancing cash drawers, dispensers, vault, and maintaining accurate records. Part-time hours are between 18 and 24 per week, which can include two or three full weekday shifts, and/or partial shifts covering lunches and breaks on weekdays, depending on branch needs.Key responsibilities include:
Provide prompt, professional service by greeting members, using their names, and directing them as needed. Resolve issues promptly and professionally. Maintain in-depth knowledge of OCCU products and services to accurately assist members. Tailor product recommendations to fit individual members' needs and clearly explain potential benefits. Support branch and OCCU goals by consistently meeting or exceeding service and sales targets through effective member interactions. Efficiently handle member transactions—including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments while maintaining accurate records and balancing cash as required.What We're Looking For:
