Job Description

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Teller (Enrichment Representative) to join our team. This position works approximately 18-24 hours per week, including every Saturday. The hourly pay range for this role is $21.00-$23.00, depending on experience. Spanish-speaking candidates who pass a standardized language assessment are eligible for an additional $2.00 per hour. About the
Role:
The Enrichment Representative assists members with financial transactions while delivering highly personalized and engaging member experience. This role proactively identifies members' needs, recommends appropriate products and services, and ensures all interactions reflect OCCU's commitment to enriching lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet members promptly, use their names, and provide personalized assistance Ask questions to understand member needs and suggest suitable products Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments accurately Keep cash drawers balanced; assist with vault and dispenser operations Meet or exceed service and sales targets for branch goals Maintain accurate records and comply with privacy and security standards Stay updated on OCCU products, procedures, and regulations, including BSA Work collaboratively to foster a positive, high-performing branch team
What We're Looking For:
At least six months of relevant experience Excellent communication and member service skills Efficient in fast-paced, team settings Detail-oriented and accurate financial transactions Able to multitask and adapt to new priorities High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in financial services, banking, or a customer-facing role Bilingual skills, particularly Spanish (eligible for additional pay upon successful assessment)
