Job Description
At Unitus, each employee has an opportunity to make a difference for our members. As part of the Bridgeport Village Branch, the Lead Member Advocate works closely with branch management to train staff, complete operations duties, and support the branch team in resolving complex member requests. This individual also provides excellent service while processing teller transactions and assisting members in opening and maintaining accounts, upholding our commitment to unparalleled service the kind that creates the Unitus difference. As an ideal candidate, you will have: High School diploma or equivalent.
Three years of experience in financial services with experience in cross-selling and training, or a combination of related education and experience.
Experience with escalated service resolution preferred.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Spanish-speaking skills are helpful.
Ability to be certified through NMLS and as a Notary Public in Oregon/Washington.
