Job Summary Are you a customer-focused banking professional with leadership experience and a passion for operational excellence? We're looking for a Head Teller at our office in Ickesburg to oversee our Teller Unit and ensure top-tier service, accuracy, and efficiency—while mentoring a high-performing team. Example of Some Key Responsibilities Supervise, coach, and support Teller staff to deliver exceptional customer service Coordinate schedules, assign work, and optimize workflow Assist in onboarding, training, and ongoing performance management Ensure accurate and efficient processing of all transactions (paying, receiving, balancing) Oversee vault, ATM, and cash handling activities Maintain appropriate cash levels and complete daily vault balancing Order currency/coin and manage shipments Ensure compliance with all procedures and regulatory requirements Promote a team-oriented, service-first environment Encourage referrals and identify opportunities to connect customers with products/services Prepare and deliver reports to leadership Core Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience in banking or financial services (Teller experience preferred) Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of teller operations and cash handling procedures Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and compliance Benefits We offer competitive benefits and opportunities for advancement, supporting our team members in reaching their professional goals.
