Position Summary We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Teller to join our team. In this role, you'll handle member transactions, maintain a balanced cash drawer, and provide outstanding customer service while identifying opportunities to support members with our products and services. Key Responsibilities Conduct deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and other account transactions Open and close accounts, including club and savings accounts Sell cashier's checks, money orders, and gift cards Process transfers, night drops, and mail deposits Assist with VISA advances and payments Ensure compliance with all bank policies and regulatory requirements Promote credit union products and provide exceptional member service Support other branches as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Customer service experience in financial services, retail, or goal-oriented environments preferred Strong attention to detail, integrity, and communication skills Comfortable using computers and teller systems What We Offer Competitive pay and benefits Opportunities for professional growth A team-oriented, member-focused work environment How to Apply Email your resume to humanresources@westaircomm.com and join a team that truly makes a difference in our community!
