What You'll Do (Besides Being Awesome) Greet members with a smile (yes, even before coffee kicks in) Process transactions accurately—because math matters Balance a cash drawer like the financial wizard you are Help members with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and "I forgot what I came in for" moments Recommend helpful services (not in a pushy way—we're helpful, not that guy) Use computers and systems without throwing them out the window What We Need From You A "people-first" attitude (translation: you don't dread small talk) A sense of urgency (but not panic—we're not defusing bombs) Reliability—showing up is still a big part of the job Honesty and professionalism (no, you cannot "borrow" from your drawer) Bonus Points If You Have A high school diploma or GED (extra gold stars for higher education) Customer service experience (you've dealt with humans before—great!)
