Full Job Description Location:

400 Highway 149, Clarksville, TN 37040 (inside the Hilltop Super Market) Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Teller to join our team. As a Teller, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while handling various banking transactions. Your role will involve cash management, customer interactions, and supporting sales initiatives within the bank. If you have a passion for customer service and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments. Manage cash handling responsibilities while ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with team members to promote bank products and services through upselling techniques. Maintain accurate records of transactions and assist in balancing cash drawers at the end of each shift. Utilize financial software for transaction processing and reporting purposes. Perform 10 key typing for data entry tasks as needed. Assist customers with debits and credits on their accounts, ensuring clarity and understanding. Requirements Previous experience in cash management or cash handling is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Familiarity with banking operations or financial software is a plus. Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment. Ability to perform loan origination tasks as needed. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficient in 10 key typing for accurate data entry.
