Job Summary:

As a Teller at Mountain Valley Bank, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. This entry-level position is responsible for processing routine transactions, providing excellent customer service, and promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities:

1.

Customer Service:

Greet and professionally assist customers with their banking needs. 2.

Transaction Processing:

Process routine financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing. 3.

Product Sales:

Introduce customers to products & services, cross-selling when appropriate. 4.

Balancing:

Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift and report any discrepancies. 5. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Customer service experience preferred banking experience a plus. 3. Basic math skills and attention to detail. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to handle cash accurately and efficiently.
