Major Duties and Essential Functions To providing outstanding customer service to our customers with every interaction. Process customer transactions accurately and in an efficient manner. Remain compliant with all financial regulations including: BSA, OFAC, Reg CC, USA Patriot Act, etc. Performs job duties within our bylaws, regulations, Board of Directors policies, established internal and external service standards and our work procedures. Protect customer information and other sensitive information by maintaining confidentiality while adhering to the bank's privacy policy. Accept responsibility for bank security by securing keys, combinations, documents, records, and negotiable items. Specific knowledge, skills, and abilities required for this position: Must be goal-oriented Must be service-oriented Must have strong written and verbal communication skills Problem solving competence with a strong attention to detail Must have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to a consistently changing environment Must be a TEAM player and be able to work well in a group setting

Education:

High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

Experience:
