Teller II

Essential Duties:

Provide courteous, comprehensive, prompt, accurate and efficient service to our existing and new members Receive deposits, cash checks and perform other special services such opening/redeeming IRAs and CDs, providing statements, member on-boarding, loan processing and other initiates, as assigned Process beneficiary claims, power of attorney and trust transactions Open a limited number of new accounts, Cross-train and work in other areas or departments, as needed Mentor less experienced Ensure tellers and assist with balancing problems Address member inquiries and concerns in conjunction with the

Branch ManagerPosition Requirements:

Great member service skills to provide services in a professional and positive manner Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Ability to develop new business through understanding members' needs and matching products and services to those needs Knowledge of financial software and proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent communication skills (listening, speaking and writing), numerical aptitude and be a team player Positive attitude and ability to take initiative without prompting Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure with deadlines and adapt to change Demonstrate accuracy, attention to detail and good organizational skills Ability to stand or sit at a computer for extended periods of time and lift and carry up to 25 pounds Ability to represent credit union in a professional and positive manner Demonstrate honesty and integrity

Qualifications:
