Job Description Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify a bilingual customer service professional for a branch-based position within the financial services industry. This role combines customer interaction, cash transaction processing, and administrative support in a professional office environment. The ideal candidate enjoys assisting customers, maintaining accuracy in financial transactions, and delivering excellent service. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming phone inquiries and direct customers to the appropriate team members when additional assistance is needed. Verify customer information and transaction details to ensure accuracy and compliance with established procedures. Respond to questions regarding accounts, services, and general banking-related inquiries. Identify opportunities to connect customers with additional products or services that may meet their needs. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. Follow established security protocols, internal controls, and operational guidelines. Assist with branch administration, including document management, scanning, filing, balancing transactions, and other operational tasks. Support overall branch efficiency through strong attention to detail and customer-focused service. Qualifications Fluent in both English and Spanish. Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience handling cash transactions in a customer-facing environment. Previous teller, retail banking, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred. Experience providing high-quality customer service in a professional setting is strongly desired. High school diploma or GED required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
