Job Description

Overview We currently have a great opportunity for a full-time Teller at our DeForest location. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing financial transactions accurately, and helping customers identify products and services that meet their banking needs. This position also plays a key role in the daily opening and closing of the branch.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service by accurately processing deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other banking transactions. Assist customers with savings bond redemptions, cash advances, and safe deposit box access. Image and maintain supporting documentation in accordance with bank procedures. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and handle complaints professionally. Complete and file required reports in compliance with banking regulations. Prepare and mail customer statements and process outgoing mail, ensuring all mail is postmarked and dispatched by established deadlines. Roll coin, balance coin machines, and verify currency for vault and Federal Reserve transactions. Assist customers with online banking, bill pay, and mobile banking services. Monitor mobile deposit transactions throughout the day to ensure timely processing. Record, verify, and process night deposit items. Maintain appropriate cash drawer balances, adhere to cash handling limits, and balance the drawer daily. Support branch operations by assisting with opening and closing procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment.
Schedule:
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday and rotating Saturday mornings .
Pay:
From $20.00 per hour
