With significant platform growth and expanding investor demand, they are looking to add a Vice President of Investor Relations to lead capital formation efforts and strengthen LP relationships across their investment platform. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in fundraising, investor relations, and strategic relationship management within alternative investments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead fundraising efforts across institutional investors, family offices, RIAs, wealth platforms, and accredited investor channels Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective LP relationships Serve as a primary point of contact for existing investors and Limited Partners Drive investor meetings, due diligence sessions, presentations, and fundraising campaigns Oversee investor communications including reporting, fund updates, and portfolio transparency Partner with executive leadership on capital formation strategy and investor targeting Support fund launches, subscription processes, and investor onboarding Enhance investor presentations, DDQs, fundraising materials, and overall institutional messaging

Ideal Background:

3+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Capital Raising, Institutional Sales, or Fundraising within private equity, private credit, real estate private equity, hedge funds, or alternative investments Strong track record raising capital from institutional investors, family offices, and HNW channels Deep understanding of private credit, commercial real estate debt, and alternative investment structures Strong relationship management skills with sophisticated LPs and allocators Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
