  • Full-time TiniFiber is a high-growth, private equity-backed manufacturer revolutionizing fiber optic cabling with its patented Micro Armor Fiber® technology.
Its solutions are smaller, lighter, and more durable than traditional cables, powering critical infrastructure across data centers, broadband, wireless, and industrial markets. This role will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead month-end close from journal entries through financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Maintain and review the general ledger; resolve discrepancies and support post-acquisition cleanup Oversee daily accounting operations, including AR, AP, payroll coordination, and cash management Manage a team of on-site and offshore accounting staff (3-6 members) Monitor cash flow and working capital; track liquidity and proactively identify risks Manufacturing / Plant-Focused Responsibilities Oversee inventory accounting, including valuation, reserves, and reconciliations Partner with plant leadership on cost accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis Analyze production costs (labor, overhead) to identify efficiencies and cost savings Support cycle counts and physical inventory processes Ensure accurate tracking of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods Evaluate scrap, yield, and production variances to drive performance improvements Collaborate on BOMs, routings, and cost structures Track CAPEX for equipment and plant investments Support ERP implementation and optimization related to manufacturing and inventory Operational & Strategic Ensure timely and accurate billing, payables, and collections Strengthen processes, controls, and reporting as the business scales Partner cross-functionally to enhance visibility and decision-making Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, with a focus on plant performance Deliver clear, actionable reporting to executive and private equity stakeholders Identify system gaps and drive process and tool improvements Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications Experience working with ERP and accounting systems, including NetSuite and/or QuickBooks This position requires working on-site 5 days per week #IND1
