• Full-time Serve as key member of the executive leadership team responsible for oversight of lending, treasury management, financial reporting, compliance, and other areas of community banking operations as needed.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute operational strategy across lending, treasury management, financial reporting, and compliance functions.
• Lead lending team in delivering compliant and community-focused credit solutions.
• Responsible for loan portfolio performance while maintaining prudent risk management and credit quality standards.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and risks.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and bank policies.

Skills and Abilities Required:

• Understanding of banking trends and customer behaviors.
• Strong grasp of financial statements, credit risk, and loan portfolio performance metrics.
• Ability to develop, manage, and retain managers and employees.
• Skilled in streamlining workflows and identifying areas for process improvement.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks within the banking industry.
• Strong computer skills: proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and banking core processing systems.

Experience and Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field, or equivalent business education combined with experience.
• Proven experience in a banking leadership position, commercial lending, and/or treasury management.

The salary of this position will be based on experience and abilities.

Pay:

$80,000.00
