Position Summary The Vice President of Information Technology & Analytics provides strategic leadership and oversight of the company's IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and data/analytics functions. This role is responsible for aligning technology and analytics capabilities with business objectives, ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient operations while enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. The VP partners closely with executive leadership to drive digital transformation, optimize performance, and deliver innovative technology and analytics solutions that support growth, operational excellence, and financial outcomes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Enterprise Technology Strategy & IT Leadership Provide vision and leadership to develop and execute enterprise-wide IT strategies aligned with business goals. Oversee all IT operations, including infrastructure, networks, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and user support. Direct the full lifecycle of IT systems including planning, implementation, support, upgrades, and retirement. Evaluate and implement technology solutions and procedures to maximize efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. Communicate IT strategy, performance, and key metrics to executive leadership and stakeholders. Cybersecurity, Risk & Compliance Lead cybersecurity strategy to protect company data, systems, and infrastructure. Establish and enforce IT governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks. Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiations, performance management, and risk mitigation. Analytics & Business Intelligence Leadership Define and lead the company's analytics strategy, ensuring alignment with financial and operational objectives. Oversee development and delivery of accurate, timely, and consistent reporting and insights. Design and monitor dashboards, KPIs, and benchmarks to support strategic and operational decision-making. Implement analytical methodologies to evaluate performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement. Partner with finance and operations on forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial modeling. Digital Transformation & Innovation Lead enterprise digital transformation initiatives to improve business processes and drive innovation. Identify opportunities to leverage automation, data, and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and performance. Promote a culture of data literacy, continuous improvement, and innovation across the organization. Leadership & Talent Development Build, lead, and develop high-performing IT and analytics teams. Provide direction, mentorship, and performance management to technical and analytical staff. Establish priorities, allocate resources, and ensure execution of key initiatives. Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with finance, operations, and executive leadership. Project & Operational Execution Oversee IT and analytics projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. Ensure high-quality service delivery, including responsive user support and system reliability. Implement best practices in project management, governance, and operational processes. Ensure user training programs are developed and delivered as needed to support adoption of systems and tools. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or related field required. 10-15+ years of progressive leadership experience in IT, analytics, finance, or related functions. Proven experience leading enterprise IT strategy and business analytics/BI functions. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, and data architecture. Experience with ERP systems, financial systems, and business intelligence tools. Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and performance metrics. Experience in construction, manufacturing, or industrial environment preferred.
