Job Description Finance Manager (FP&A) | PE-Backed Healthcare | Nashville A fast-growing, PE-backed healthcare company is adding a Finance Manager to its corporate FP&A team. This is a build-it role, not a maintain-it role. You'll own the finance partnership for corporate functions - IT, marketing, HR, operations - and have direct visibility to senior leadership from day one. Why this one's worth a look: Newly created seat with real ownership, not an inherited process binder Direct access to department heads and senior leadership from the start ERP implementation on the horizon and you'll help shape how the function gets built CFO and VP of Finance have worked together for years, high trust, low politics PE-backed, high-growth environment where the work compounds fast What they need: 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance with some business partnering exposure Advanced Excel required; Power BI, Sage, or Velixo a plus Comfortable translating numbers into decisions for non-finance stakeholders Self-starter who thrives when the playbook isn't written yet Healthcare or multi-site experience helpful, not required Hunger is non-negotiable, this team moves and expects you to move with it The details: Hybrid, 3-4 days in office, Nashville-based required $120-130k base + Bonus
