• Owning the integrity and accuracy of the company's financial reporting and close cycles
• Providing leadership across cash management, budgeting, tax coordination, and financial analysis
• Evaluating existing workflows and implementing more efficient, scalable processes
• Strengthening internal controls while enhancing accounting policies and procedures
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address business needs through sound accounting solutions
• Leading, mentoring, and developing an accounting team as the organization grows
• Supporting audit readiness and delivering clear financial insights to leadership Requirements
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, ideally supported by public accounting or audit experience
• A track record of building, leading, and developing high-performing teams
• Hands-on experience with internal control environments and process improvement initiatives
• A practical, business-oriented mindset with a focus on results and continuous improvement
