Job DescriptionJob Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of strategic financial plans that support the company's growth and profitability goals Oversee comprehensive financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis to guide executive decision-making Manage and mentor a high-performing finance team focused on strategic initiatives and financial analysis Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on financial data to influence business strategy and operational improvements Drive the integration of financial planning with business strategy, ensuring alignment across departments. Monitor key financial metrics and market trends to proactively identify risks and opportunities Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Business Administration highly preferred.
