Assistant Controller | Commercial Construction (Phoenix, AZ) A rapidly growing commercial general contractor in Phoenix is seeking an Assistant Controller to support its expanding accounting operations. This organization is currently generating ~$400M in annual revenue and is on a strong trajectory toward $1B+ in the coming years , creating a need for additional leadership within the finance team. Position Overview This role will partner closely with senior leadership to oversee core accounting functions, support financial reporting, and help scale processes to meet continued growth. The team is open to candidates with adjacent or transferable experience (e.g., Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, FP&A with strong accounting exposure) who are ready to step into a leadership-track role.
