Controller Salary:

Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing general ledger, WIP reporting, and project accounting across three related companies Managing and developing a team of 3 (including clerks and a staff accountant) Leading month-end and year-end close processes with a focus on accuracy and timeliness Supporting construction accounting and project-based financial reporting Strengthening internal controls and improving accounting processes (Vista experience preferred) Partnering with leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic decisions Assisting with audits, compliance, and regulatory reporting What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Background in construction, project accounting, or WIP strongly preferred Prior leadership experience managing or mentoring a team Strong understanding of financial reporting, controls, and process improvement Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative If you're looking for an opportunity to step into a Controller role where you can lead, influence, and grow within a stable organization, this could be a strong fit. #LI-CS3 #INMAR2026
