Controller:
Oversee and manage all day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, billing, payroll coordination, and general ledger Own the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and internal management reports Partner with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning Monitor financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to support business decision-making Establish, improve, and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff, fostering accountability and professional growth Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, tax partners, and other financial stakeholders Ensure compliance with GAAP and all applicable regulatory requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 4+ years of progressive accounting experience with increasing responsibility Prior experience in a service-based organization strongly preferred Proven leadership or supervisory experience Hands-on, detail-oriented leader with strong analytical and communication skills #
