This role supports operations across two Southern California manufacturing facilities and reports directly to the CEO. You will oversee all aspects of financial planning, reporting, cost control, and compliance, ensuring the company's financial health and scalability. This role is ideal for a proactive, solutions-oriented leader with a strong background in manufacturing finance and a track record of driving business results.Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, delivering actionable insights to leadership.
- Develop and refine financial models and KPIs, supporting strategic decision-making.
- Partner with operations, production, and supply chain teams to optimize cost structures and improve efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and financial regulations.
- Oversee inventory valuation and cost accounting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing accounting team, fostering continuous development and process improvement.
- Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors and CPA firms for audits and tax matters.
- Lead financial initiatives and cross-functional projects to support business growth and operational scalability.
- Oversee and optimize ERP and accounting systems, including Sage 100 and production management platforms, ensuring data integrity and accurate financial reporting.

As this role involves responsibilities related to payroll, accounts payable, and cash handling, candidates will be subject to a credit check in addition to the standard background screening process.
