KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounting Operations and Close Process Assist the Controller in managing the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Support the development and enforcement of a structured close calendar and checklist. Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules. Ensure accounting treatment and financial reporting comply with
U.S. GAAP
Assist in driving improvements toward a 10-day month-end close timeline. Assist with preparation of monthly financial reporting packages used for internal management, lender reporting, and investor reporting Balance Sheet Reconciliations Design and implement standardized balance sheet reconciliation procedures across all accounts. Assign and track reconciliation ownership across accounting staff. Investigate and resolve discrepancies to improve overall balance sheet integrity.
QUALIFICATIONS
