In the role of Procure to Pay Director, you'll play a pivotal part on our Finance team. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the CPO is the Guarantor of the Procure To Pay (P2P) process within the parent company; in this regard, and is responsible for managing the performance of the P2P process from the issuance of the Purchase Request (PR) to the payment to the supplier while ensuring the company's compliance with Group procedures in the P2P scope. Job Requirements . P2P Process Ownership & Structuring (Core Priority) Define and formalize the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay process Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and governance across stakeholders Ensure proper understanding and adoption of the process (including PR creation for non-production spend) Drive standardization across entities 2. Payment Execution Control & Discipline Ensure payments are executed on due date (not early, not late) Establish clear standards for payment timing and execution Increase predictability and control of cash outflows Reduce inconsistencies in payment practices across entities 3. P2P Process Reliability & Performance Identify and eliminate root causes of inefficiencies and delays Reduce manual workarounds, urgent payments, and exceptions Improve end-to-end process visibility and flow 4. Working Capital Improvement (Execution-Driven) Monitor DPO (actual vs contractual) and payment behavior Ensure alignment between negotiated terms and execution Deliver short-term cash gains through improved execution discipline Build the foundation for future payment terms optimization 5. Cross-Functional Coordination (Decentralized Environment) Act as a central coordination point across Finance and Procurement stakeholders Ensure consistent practices across entities and teams Provide visibility on deviations and performance gaps 6. Data, KPIs & Governance Define and track key performance indicators: o % payments on time o % early vs late payments o DPO (actual vs contractual) o Process compliance (e.g., PR usage) Provide consolidated reporting to CFO and Treasury Establish governance and continuous improvement frameworks 7. Maintains close alignment with the CFO on working capital objectives, transformation priorities, risk visibility, and performance outcomes to support informed strategic decision-making. 8. Partners with Regional Finance, Treasury, Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Operational leadership to align working capital objectives, cash flow planning, supplier execution, process compliance, and performance outcomes All duties as assigned But what else?
