This executive leader develops and executes business development strategies, identifies new revenue streams, and collaborates across departments to accelerate organizational growth. •Eligible for Monthly commissions Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue and market growth Identify new markets, customer segments, partnerships, and revenue opportunities Cultivate and nurture high-level relationships with key accounts, vendor partners, and strategic alliances to expand the company's service offerings. Lead contract negotiations, partnership agreements, and strategic alliances Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions Prospect small, medium, and large accounts, building an active pipeline of opportunities. Collaborate with operations and production teams to align customer expectations Direct the development of winning bids, cost estimates, and complex proposals. Participate in pricing strategies to ensure the suitability and profitability of projects. Partner with marketing leadership to strengthen brand positioning and lead-generation strategies Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Meet clients to understand printing requirements, timelines, budgets, and branding needs. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to each client's needs. Promote products including brochures, catalogs, flyers, banners, business cards, packaging, signage, and promotional materials. Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations. Prepare executive reports, forecasts, and growth plans for senior leadership and board members Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems. Qualifications 10+ years of progressive business development, sales or strategic growth within the printing industry is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's / MBA is highly preferred. Experience acquiring accounts in print, signage, or related industry preferred. Proven track record of generating new business and increasing revenue growth Strong understanding of color printing processes and print materials. Experience with large account management and enterprise sales Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Strong financial and operational business acumen Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Ability to speak to and promote our Digital Solutions services to cities, municipalities, school districts, as well as the private sector. Knowledge of Large, Wide and Grand Format digital printing preferred. Self-motivated, organized, committed to quality and results driven. Proven track record in increasing new business and loyalty of existing clients. Ability to resource book of business to leverage growth opportunities and close deals. High attention to detail & ability to consistently deliver outstanding customer service. Strong organizational skills in a deadline-based environment
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
