Assistant Controller/Finance Manager

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Controller/Finance Manager to join our dynamic team in Cypress, California. Responsibilities:

• Oversee month-end closing procedures, including journal entries and bank reconciliations.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes on a semiannual basis to support financial planning.
• Approve new customer accounts by assessing credit risks and setting credit limits.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports, including income statements, weekly cash flow analyses, and royalty calculations.
• Process weekly sales commissions and quarterly royalty payments with accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct detailed cash flow analysis to ensure effective financial management.
• Maintain oversight of general ledger activities and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to implement technological advancements and AI-driven solutions within the finance department.
• Support financial audits and ensure the accuracy of annual financial statements.
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.
