This role is well suited for someone in finance with strong knowledge of month-end close, general ledger management, audit support, and financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
Oversee month-end close activities to ensure timely completion, accurate reconciliations, and reliable financial results. Manage general ledger operations by reviewing entries, maintaining account accuracy, and resolving discrepancies across accounting records. Prepare and analyze financial reports that provide clear insight into business performance and support leadership decision-making. Coordinate audit support activities by organizing documentation, responding to requests, and assisting with financial statement review processes. Review account reconciliations and supporting schedules to confirm completeness, consistency, and adherence to internal standards. Partner with internal operators to strengthen accounting procedures and improve the effectiveness of financial close and reporting cycles. Bachelor degree - Accounting Advanced ERP knowledge 7+ years of accounting or finance experience, including work in an Assistant Controller or closely related capacity. Demonstrated expertise in month-end close processes and general ledger oversight. Strong background in financial reporting and preparation. Advanced analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple deadlines, communicate clearly, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
