Job Description

Controller – Fresno, CA $115,000 – $130,000 + Benefits Our client, a well-established manufacturing company in Fresno, is seeking a Controller to lead the accounting and finance function. This Controller position offers the opportunity to partner closely with leadership, oversee day-to-day accounting operations, and provide financial insights that support business growth and profitability.
Compensation & Benefits:
$115,000 – $130,000 annual salary Comprehensive benefits package 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Stable company with long-term growth potential
Responsibilities:
Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, AP, AR, payroll, and month-end close Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities Manage inventory accounting and manufacturing cost accounting processes Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls Coordinate year-end audits and tax-related activities Develop and improve accounting procedures and reporting processes Partner with executive leadership to provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations Supervise and mentor accounting staff
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilities Manufacturing accounting experience required EB-7655839638
