About the Opportunity A rapidly growing premium consumer brand is seeking a Vice President of Finance to serve as the strategic right hand to the CFO and a key member of the leadership team. This role is ideal for a finance leader who enjoys operating across both Accounting and FP& A. The VP of Finance will own the company's financial reporting cadence from monthly close through board reporting while driving budgeting, forecasting, cash management, inventory analysis, and strategic decision support The organization is experiencing significant growth and is seeking a leader who can build scalable processes, strengthen financial rigor, and provide executive-level insights that help guide business decision s. Key Responsibilit iesExecutive & Board Report ingLead preparation of board presentations, executive reporting packages, and lender/investor materia ls.

Develop financial narratives that translate operating results into actionable business insigh ts.

Prepare KPI dashboards, variance analyses, liquidity reporting, and long-range financial outloo ks.

Partner closely with the CFO and executive team on strategic planning and business performance revie ws.

Accounting & Financial Report ingOwn the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process es.

Oversee preparation of GAAP-compliant financial statements and supporting analys es.

Manage balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, fixed assets, payroll accounting, and cash reporti ng.

Ensure accuracy of financial reporting, internal controls, and accounting polici es.

Coordinate external audits and support compliance requiremen ts.

FP&A & Strategic Fina nceLead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planni ng.

Drive monthly budget-to-actual reviews with department leade rs.

Build financial models supporting growth initiatives, new product launches, and investment decisio ns.

Develop KPI reporting and performance measurement frameworks across the organizati on.

Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for profitability improvement and operational efficien cy.

Inventory, Operations & Cash Managem entOversee inventory valuation, reserve analysis, markdown planning, and gross margin reporti ng.

Partner with merchandising, supply chain, and operations teams on inventory planning and working capital manageme nt.

Lead cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning initiativ es.

Support strategic decisions related to inventory investments, product assortment, and growth initiativ es.

Team Leaders hipLead and mentor a team of accounting and finance professiona ls.

Build scalable processes and controls to support continued grow th.Drive improvements in reporting accuracy, forecast precision, and close timelin es.

Serve as the primary owner of the company's ERP and financial systems environme nt. Qualificat ionsRequ iredBachelor's degree in Accounting or Fina nce.10+ years of progressive Accounting and Finance experie nce.

Prior leadership experience overseeing both Accounting and FP&A functi ons.

Strong technical accounting foundation with ownership of month-end close and GAAP report ing.

Experience preparing board-level reporting packages and presenting to executives, lenders, investors, or board memb ers.

Advanced budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and cash flow management experie nce.

Hands-on experience with NetSuite or comparable ERP platfo rms.

Proven experience leading and developing high-performing te ams.

Prefe rredCPA and/or MBA.Combination of public accounting and industry experie nce.

Experience within consumer products, retail, fashion, wholesale, e-commerce, or inventory-intensive busines ses.

Experience supporting high-growth organizations and building scalable finance proces ses.
