In this pivotal role, you coordinate comprehensive bookkeeping operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across multiple accounting functions. Your leadership will drive the team's success in managing complex financial data, preparing regulatory reports, and maintaining high standards of financial integrity. Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of bookkeeping professionals to ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and other regulatory standards. Prepare detailed financial reports, including statements, budgets, forecasts, and regulatory filings for various clients or organizational units. Conduct thorough account analysis and financial review to identify discrepancies or areas for process improvement. Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, and Netsuite. Support technical accounting initiatives involving complex concepts like double entry bookkeeping, payroll processing, and regulatory reporting requirements. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices in financial management and internal controls across the team. Skills Minimum 3-5 years working with a CPA Firm in bookkeeping capacity. Experienced with full accounting and closing process in QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, and Netsuite. Proven experience reviewing and correcting bookkeeping work for others. Strong reconciliation skills and documentation discipline. Only qualified candidates will be contacted for this position.
